Thank you for your interest in studying at Bloomington Yoga Collective. We rely on the information you provide in this application to determine acceptance to our program. Please answer to the best of your ability.

Admission to the yoga + teacher training is based upon your answers and the following:

1. Participants must be 18 years of age.

2. Participants must be of mental and physical readiness, presenting a medical release from a physician/therapist if currently under medical care.

3. Participants must adhere to all studio etiquette and program guidelines/rules.

4. Completion of the application below.

   Applicants will be informed via email if they have been accepted to the training at which point payment of deposit will reserve their spot in the program. Participants may choose to pay in full, receiving the early bird discount if within the eligible window, or opt for a payment program. Deposits are refundable less processing fees until midnight on September 11th, 2026, non-refundable thereafter.
