Yoga + Teacher trainingOctober 2026 - April 2027
Our training is rooted deeply in our mission as a practice-centered, locally owned space dedicated to fostering togetherness, openness, acceptance, and belonging. This program is designed for those ready to do the profound work of excavating the many layers of themselves, shedding what stands in the way of living an exceptional life, and developing a deeper understanding of how they interact with the world. Whether your goal is to step into the role of a teacher or simply dive deeper into your personal practice, this training provides an intentional, safe, and potent environment to take your next step.
Guided by highly experienced leaders, our curriculum balances the rich traditions of yoga with modern innovation to serve our current time and culture. We honor diverse learning styles through a blend of lectures, vibrant group discussions, practical application, and experiential learning.
Take Your Seat
Where creativity meets clarity, and vision meets action.
We believe in doing things differently—with intention, with passion, and with people at the center of it all. Every detail here reflects that mindset.
The Pillars of Our Curriculum
Our instruction is anchored in personal development, philosophy, anatomy, and teaching methodology. Whether your goal is to step into the role of a teacher or simply to immerse yourself in a journey of self-study and personal growth, our hours together will dive deep into:
Techniques, Training, Practice:
An in-depth exploration of asana, pranayama, the subtle body, and meditation to strengthen your personal practice and build emotional resilience.
Anatomy & Physiology:
Functional anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics to deepen your awareness of movement, speak accurately to anatomical alignment, and keep yourself and future students safe.
Yoga Humanities:
The history and evolution of yoga from its origins to the West, Eastern philosophy, and modern ethics—offering a rich foundation for profound self-study.
Professional Essentials:
Sequenced class design, pacing, class management, and cueing methodologies (invaluable for understanding how a practice is built, even if you never intend to teach).
Electives:
Customized hours to expand and personalize your unique yogic path.
What You Will Learn & Cultivate
We don’t want to change who you are; we want to help you find your unique voice and deepen your connection to yoga. For those pursuing a teaching path, this program ensures you can confidently design and lead an intelligent 60-minute Vinyasa sequence utilizing clear, concise, and inclusive language.
For those here for personal enrichment, these same skills will transform your home practice and personal alignment. Everyone in this immersion will learn to use props, verbal cues, and hands-on assists to support all yogic bodies—fostering accessibility, inclusivity, and a sense of belonging for pre- and postnatal yogis, differently-abled students, and individuals from all diverse backgrounds.

Anatomy TrainerEryn Blair
Your lead trainers, Erin and Sam, began their teaching journeys over 25 years ago. Meeting in 2013, they bonded over their shared love of people and in-depth conversations around teaching and the practice. Their teachings emphasize the profound connection between physical grounding and mental well-being, using movement as a catalyst for honest self-exploration with an emphasis on fostering a compassionate, accessible environment where every person feels welcomed and supported to practice exactly as they are.
As a physical therapist, Eryn brings a rich background in dance, movement, kinesiology, and teaches from a distinct kinesthetic perspective. Eryn focuses on proper alignment and foundational stability to help students expand beyond their perceived limitations. For Eryn, yoga is a non-performative sanctuary—a tool for turning the gaze inward to cultivate clear vision and mindfulness in daily life.
